1. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your purchase, please contact us for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if your account is banned for violating our Acceptable Use policy (e.g. spamming), or after the initial 7-day period has passed.
